These terms apply to your use of yosefsonlace.com. Client services are governed separately by a written service agreement.

Inquiries, bookings, and service engagements

Sending an email or booking an Operations Fit Call does not by itself create a client, employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Yosef Sonlace. A service engagement begins only when the parties enter into a separate written agreement.

Availability, scope, timelines, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, confidentiality, data processing, and other service terms will be set out in that separate agreement. We may accept or decline an inquiry at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
